Member Agreement

Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the activities on TerraArcanum.org, I release and forever discharge the “Activity Provider” (Violet Addams, Starshade Enterprises, terraarcanum.org) and their spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assign from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in my death, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of my participation in the activities on terraarcanum.org, and not withstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Activity Provider.

I understand that I will not be permitted to participate in the activities of terraarcanum.org unless I sign this Agreement.

I acknowledge that this Agreement is given with the express intention of effecting the extinguishment of certain obligations owed to me and with the intention of binding my spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns.

I acknowledge that I do not have any physical limitations, medical ailments, physical or mental disability that would limit or prevent me from participating in the activities at terraarcanum.org.  If required, I will obtain a medical examination and clearance.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that I have carefully read each of the questions in this Quiz/Agreement, that I fully understand the same, and that I am freely and voluntarily executing the same.

I understand that by selecting “I agree” to these statements, I am signing this Agreement, and I agree to be forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against the Activity Provider for any property loss or personal injury that I may sustain while participating in or preparing for the activities within terraarcanum.org.

I have the opportunity and am now encouraged to seek independent legal advice prior to signing this Agreement.

This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties to this Agreement and the terms of this Agreement are contractual and not a mere recital.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Province of British Columbia.
